After Mary traveled to meet her cousin Elizabeth, she burst into a magnificent song. Just a girl from a humble background, she gave glory to God. She admitted that she was of little regard and that she needed a Savior.
We need a Savior. But the rich are often self-reliant and miss the opportunity—the proud don’t think they need saving. We need to be the humble and dependent ones who know our faults and seek Jesus as our Savior.
