Some people are thoroughly religious, consumed with keeping rules and rituals in an attempt to earn perfection. Others don’t care at all, and live according to their own desires, indulging themselves in whatever they find pleasurable.
Yet we are called to a life of rest in the Spirit. We must place our trust in what Christ has done for us, and not be fearful of our future. We have rest in our salvation through faith in Christ.
