Jesus regularly spent time communing with His Father and submitting to His will. Even during His agony in the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus was strengthened through prayer.
When we seek to pray, we often face a battle. Every temptation and worry is thrown at us to hinder our time with God. Satan wants to keep us from the spiritual resources that God provides through prayer, but we can fight through it, just as Jesus did, and find peace and satisfaction in God’s presence.
