Just one day after riding into Jerusalem, Jesus cursed a fig tree for not bearing fruit. As we learn more about this event, it’s clear that bearing godly fruit is very important to God. In this message we learn the implications for you and for me.
Some opportunities have a limited time window. Jesus offered Himself to the nation Israel when entering Jerusalem on a donkey. They rejected Him, and the city was later destroyed. The triumphal entry of Christ was both a joyous and a solemn occasion, and we need to understand the high cost of lost opportunities.
