The world loves angels because they seem more accessible and much less demanding than God. But don’t be deceived; not all angels are good. And those that are—the holy angels—are not commissioned to assist everyone. Gabriel is one example. He was given specific tasks from God, and He obediently carried them out.
We should respect the ministry of God’s angels as they serve God’s people, but we should never elevate them to a place of worship.
