Summary
There are few things that can burden the soul like suffering from an illness that never seems to improve. You cry out to God, and when the healing doesn’t come, a sense of deep disappointment sets in. It’s at this point that many Christians resolve to never pray again, asking, “what’s the use?” Behind the disappointment, God does have a plan.
