It’s been said that if all the tears people ever cried could be gathered up, they’d fill an ocean. Life does have its joys, but God brings tears as well, because through tears we learn to depend on Him for every breath, every bite of food, and every dollar in our wallets. Let’s look at a story of famine and crisis, and how God met a woman’s needs.

Today's Offer
Famines, Deserts, and Other Hard Places

What if God takes us down roads we have never traveled before? What if as the result of our personal and national mismanagement of resources we were to experience a devastating financial crisis that would cripple our economy and greatly disrupt our way of life?

These messages are intended to help prepare us for such a day of calamity. Even if we never experience a national meltdown, every day we come face to face with tragedy on a personal level.

In the tradition of Jeremiah who predicted judgment, these messages are a warning, but they also are intended to comfort. Above all, they assure us that God will walk with us through the misfortune of famines and deserts to bring us safely to the other side.

You can receive the CD series Famines, Deserts, and Other Hard Places containing 7 sermons on 4 CDs as a thank you for your gift of any amount.
