Your Orders

Q: Can you include a personal note with my gift order?

A: With each gift order, we will include a note that states “The enclosed item(s) were ordered as a gift for you by (your name).” We are unable to include personal notes with gift orders.

 

Q: How do I find music from Songs in the Night or Moody Church Hour?

A: Due to music copyright laws, the music from Songs in the Night and Moody Church Hour is not available for purchase. We do offer several music CDs, including Celebrating Songs, featuring music from Songs in the Night. Moody Church Hour is available for listening or downloading at oneplace.com.


Q: Where is my order?

A: Orders typically take between 5-10 business days to arrive. If you have not received your order in the allotted time, please contact us at 1.800.215.5001 and we would be happy to assist you. 


Q: Can I track my order?

A: Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, and we do not currently offer tracking, except under special circumstances. Express orders are sent via UPS and can be tracked.


Q: I got a receipt…. It says I only gave $4.00, but I gave $5.00.

A: Moody Church Media is required by the IRS to subtract the value of the raw materials from your donation.  For instance, if you donated $5.00 dollars for a single CD which we are offering on the air, you would receive a tax-deductible receipt for $4.00, due to the value of the CD and its case. 


Q: I got a receipt…. But where is my order?

A: Receipts and orders are mailed separately. Occasionally, the receipt arrives before the package.  However, if it has been ten business days since your order was processed, please contact us. 


Q: Can you bill me for my order?

A: Unfortunately, our order system is not set up for billing at this time.  Once we receive a donation, we can begin to process the request.
